Lindsay Lohan: I Was Not Drinking!

Lindsay Lohan is super pissed at the media outlets who wrote a tale stating that she was drinking at the SAG Awards after party this weekend. She is threatening to sue every last media outlet that published the tale because she says it is a plain out lie.

Sources are stating that she has been exploring what legal rights/options she has with her attorneys because she feels as though the people who published the fake tale deserve to pay. She feels as though by them telltale lies about her they are only sabotaging all of her hard work of reduction her career.
Lindsay Lohan, but, does admit that she was partying at the Chateau Marmot hotel in Hollywood on Sunday night yet she claims that she was with Alan Cumming the entire time she was here and the only thing that went down her throat was water.

Also, sources are saying that Lindsay Lohan is also apparently pissed off because reports had been wrote stating that she had been making out with Dennis Hopper’s son Henry. But, while they were here she also supposedly bought a Red Bull and some Vodka as well – according to the reports anyways.

LINDSAY LOHAN SEND TO JAIL FOR FEW HOURS

A judge made Lindsay Lohan's world a lot smaller Wednesday, ordering the long-troubled actress confined to a jail cell for 30 days and to the state of California when she is released. The sentence by Superior Court Judge Stephanie Sautner was aimed at keeping close tabs on Lohan, who acknowledged she recently violated court orders by getting booted from a community service assignment at a women's shelter. Lohan has been in court numerous times since her legal problems began in 2007 with a drunken driving case. Sautner warned the actress that more time behind bars awaited if she messed up again.
