The 30-year-old actress often loses track of her personal items. Rachel is astonished by her lack of awareness at times. "I think I'm losing my mind," Rachel told People magazine. "I sat in my car for ten minutes the other day thinking my windows were broken, but the car was off. I literally forget everything I do. I can't find anything. I don't ever know where I put my keys."
